For owners running an established business

Your business shouldn't live in your head.

You've run it for years on instinct, QuickBooks, and a stack of spreadsheets. DataLever turns that into forecasts, dashboards, and automation — so you can see what's coming, hand work off, and stop being the only one who knows the numbers.

No pitch. I'll react to your actual numbers.

The trap of running it all yourself

The business grew. The way you run it didn't.

An owner buried in back-office paperwork
"Every number lives in my head or a spreadsheet only I understand. I can't take a week off, I can't hand anything real to my team, and I'm working harder than when we were half this size."

You built something real. But you're still the bottleneck — the data exists, it's just scattered, manual, and untrusted, so every decision still routes back through you. The business can't move faster than you can personally look at it.

That's the ceiling DataLever removes: get the numbers out of your head and into something you, and the people you hired, can actually see and act on.

What we build

Three ways to get it out of your head.

You don't need a data team or a year-long software rollout to run like a company ten times your size. Start with the core — live dashboards anyone can question in plain English — and add the rest as you need it.

01 · The core

Dashboards & Quick Answer Agents

Live dashboards built around the KPIs you actually steer by — revenue, jobs, margin, utilization, whatever matters in your business. Sitting on top is a Quick Answer Agent: you, or anyone on your team, can ask a plain-English question and get a real answer straight from your numbers — no digging through a spreadsheet only you understand. This is the foundation; everything else builds on it.

02 · Optional add-on

Managerial & external reporting

When a bank wants a loan-application package, you're applying for a line of credit, or an investor, partner, or insurer asks for numbers — we produce those reports on demand from the same data, formatted the way the recipient expects. No month-end scramble, and no rebuilding it from scratch every time someone outside asks.

03 · AI and Automation of your Back Office

How many hours a week do you spend on work a computer should be doing?

It's the stuff that never ends and never grows the business — but it quietly eats your week, or your best person's.

What would you do with that time if it just… handled itself?

Here's the fix. Working through your first build, we learn how your business actually runs — then hand the menial, repetitive tasks to AI automation:

Re-ordering parts and supplies, sending invoices, reconciling billing, entering timesheets, filing permits, chasing payments, and the other busywork you should never be doing.

First, though, we do the part most people skip: we map and document how your business actually runs — the steps that today only live in your head and your team's habits. You can't automate what isn't written down, and trying to is exactly how automation projects fail. That mapping is the work I spent years doing — running outbound operations at Amazon, and untangling my own business by hand.

Why me

I'm not a data guy guessing at your world. I've owned the thing.

When I bought my own business, I inherited a mess — everything on paper or trapped in spreadsheets nobody could read, and no real way to see what was going on. What saved me was the career I'd had before it: years building data and forecasting systems at a bank and at companies like American Airlines and Amazon. I rolled up my sleeves and built what I needed to finally see the business clearly. I know exactly what it feels like to be the owner responsible for the thing and flying blind — that's the whole reason DataLever exists.

The first step

Start with a fixed-fee diagnostic.

Rather than a big open-ended proposal, I go into your actual data and hand you a roadmap: what to build, in what order, and what it's worth — yours to keep, whether or not we build it together. If we do, the fee rolls in.

Thirty minutes. Your numbers. A straight answer.

Tell me where you're flying blind. I'll tell you what's worth fixing first — on the call, no pitch.
